Niall is a chartered engineer with an engineering education from UCD and Southbank, London. He began work on consulting side in London gaining experience of some large high profile projects. In 1992, Niall returned to Ireland and joined T Bourke. In 2007, he took up the role of Managing Director. He has been Director in charge for some of the companies largest projects including Department of Agricultural Laboratories, Four Seasons Hotel, Custom House Plaza and George’s Dock.

David has been working at T Bourke for over 30 years. His experience ranges from onsite project management through to operations, procurement, safety, quality and estimation. Appointed Director in 1995 with a mixed discipline role across M&E operations.

Qualifications: Diploma in Applied Finance.

Patrick has over 20 years post qualification experience as an accountant both in practice, and across a range of industrial and commercial roles. He has been with T. Bourke & Co. Limited for 13 years and in addition to overseeing the company’s accounting & finance function, Patrick has undertaken specific projects such as the design and implementation of the company’s centralised purchase order processing system. Patrick also recently became a member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Qualifications: Chartered Management Accountant, Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Sinead joined T Bourke accounts team in 2018. She has previously worked in M&E and general building companies with over fourteen years of experience. Responsibilities include all aspects of accounts payable, receivable, sub-contractors and payroll. In addition to Sinead’s extensive experience in construction accounts, she is a qualified internal QMS auditor and is a key member of our team.

Qualifications:  Internal QMS Auditor, Manual handling, CIF CPD series.

Coordination of BIMM projects. Design and build of spec office blocks, national and post primary schools and various projects. Management of handover requirements on completion of projects.

Qualifications: Building Services Ordinary Degree ( AEng MIEI), Post graduate certificate in BIMM, Certified BER Assessor (non domestic)

Dermot is an experienced and qualified projects manager. He has over twenty years experience with T Bourke. He has worked across a wide range of sectors including hotels, office and pharma.

Qualifications: Senior trade fitter. Mech. Eng. Cert. MSIC.

Projects: Heuston Square, Mespil Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel, DCC Laboratories, Leinster House Upgrade, Wexford General Hospital.

Frank has been with T Bourke since 1973. In that period he has gained a wealth of experience across numerous projects from healthcare to educational. He is a very capable individual and fully trained in first aid, manual handling and MEWP. Frank currently heads up our facilities and maintenance projects.

Qualifications: Senior trade fitter plumber. MSIC, RGII.

Projects: Garda HQ, Bon Secours Hospital, Guinness, Trinity College, ESAT, BT City West, Mount Carmel, Henkel, Hermitage Clinic.

Jim originally joined T Bourke in 1995. During his time he has gained a wealth of experience across education, sports, retail and office sectors. He has delivered heavily serviced multi-level projects on budget and within program. Jim has the ability to lead a project from coordination to commissioning and is an asset to our team.

David is an experienced and qualified projects manager. He has been with T Bourke for over twenty years and worked on a multitude of project disciplines including hospitals, hotels, schools and office fit out.

Qualifications: Senior trade fitter. Tech. Cert. MSIC.

Projects: Merlin Park Hospital, UHG, Breaffy House Hotel, Dept. of Justice, Tipperary town council, St Mel’s Cathedral.

Gary is a qualified electrician by trade . He has been with DC Engineering for 20 years and during that time has worked on projects in all sectors of the industry from hospitality, education, Hospitals, medical facilities, clean rooms, commercial office/ retail developments and residential developments. Gary has also gained vast experience in the design and delivery of full natural ventilation installations since the company formed a partnership  with Windowmaster in 2006 ,an  international leader in natural and smoke ventilation.

Qualifications: MSIC, Electrical trade cert.

John Paul (JP) has been working with T Bourke since 2012. JP started his career in the electrical trade apprenticeship scheme. He was based out of our regional office in Limerick and learned his trade on various commercial and industrial projects primarily based in the munster area.

JP is a qualified electrician by trade complemented by a higher certificate in electrical services engineering and more recently a degree in electrical engineering services. JP has demonstrated his educational ability along with his practical experience. Today, JP forms part of T Bourke electrical management team. He is a key player in our electrical team with the ability to deliver project from coordination to commissioning and handover.

Qualifications: Qualified Electrician, Eng. Tech. Elec. Services Eng., BEng (Ord) Elec. Serv. Eng.

Projects: Merrion Hotel, Green Acres Residential, Pembroke st. Offices.

Graham Merrigan graduated from DIT Bolton street in 2016 with BEng Hons in Building Services. He joined T Bourke as Projects Engineer and is a key member of our projects team. Graham operates in a supporting role to project managers and site staff. He has experience in site operations, coordination and procurement. He is a key project team member for project delivery at Sir John Rogersons Quay, Dublin and Fitout at 1 Ballsbridge.

Emma graduated with a Hons BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Technological University Dublin in 2020. Emma joined T Bourke’s as a Project Engineer. Within this role, she supports Project Managers, BIM Coordination team and site staff. Most recently she was a key member on the team for projects including the BD Drogheda and the Garda SCOC. During her time in T Bourke’s, Emma has gained experience in several areas including site operations, coordination, and procurement. Emma is a key member of our projects team.

Sean joined T Bourke in 2021 as project engineer following his graduation from TU Dublin, Tallaght campus. Sean graduated mechanical engineering with a 2.1. During his studies he managed to gain experience in mechanical engineering in the construction industry. During this time he gained an understanding mechanical systems and packages, documentation, technical submittal and quality validation. Sean has demonstrated his eagerness to learn and ability to help, work and support the project team. He is key part of our mechanical service team based at our Dublin office.

Adam graduated with a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Technological University Dublin in 2020. Adam joined T Bourke as BIM Engineer. His duties include coordination, design and build of mechanical and electrical projects. Mechanical and Electrical plant coordination and integration with architectural layouts from concept to build to handover. Adam supports the projects management and site installation teams. He is a key member of the T Bourke.
