The Greenway Hub building, located on the Grangegorman Campus, is a first BIM Level 2 building to be delivered to the public sector in Ireland and it is the first new building on Dublin Institute of Technology’s (DIT) the new campus at Grangegorman. It was built by BAM with BDP Architecture. Completed 2 months ahead of schedule and with no changes. The building is hosts a mutitude of services including air conditioning, waste and water services along with solar, lab extract and rain water harvesting. It has a floor area of 4400 m2 and will be home to the DIT Hothouse incubation facility and to the Environment, Sustainability and Health Institute (ESHI).
